WebThe hole for the adjustment screw was badly machined and you can’t advance the frog to the correct position. That said, I got it for a scrub plane and it excels in that role. The quality control on the Buck Bros. one might be a little better, but I sure wouldn’t want it for anything other than a scrub plane. FYI.
