And when I do the Aida64 benchmark the CPU hits 90-95c with around the same frequency although it throttles down nearer to 4.0ghz about 3 mins in. WebProbably a bit late to this but I have a 360mm AIO from Corsair and with a 1 to 2 core overclock to 5.2 and an all core overclock to 5GHz in Cinebench R23 I get a max temp of 85 degree. I have played around with vcore to try and drop it via an adaptive vcore so may be worth trying to fine tune via vcore.
