WebDec 2, 2024 · Rough Idle, Warm Engine. Check / adjust low idle screw setting. Bleed the fuel system and check for suction leaks. Check / replace fuel return overflow valve. Check / replace fuel transfer pump. Check / correct injection pump timing. Replace injectors. Replace engine mounts. Remove injection pump, check calibration.

Also at this time it was blowing black smoke, running rough, and knocking. It sounded pretty sick. Was the #6 injector only.
