I would guestimate around $40-$50 if vin locked. You really should have sold it with the Jeep. I was trading it in at a dealer for a new truck. Wasn't thinking about it at the time. Once you download the function it gets locked to a SINGLE original VIN. I bought a used Flashpaq and had this same issue.
