WebI'm finding that from the resources i'm using (Kaplan, Archer, Mark K, Simple Nursing)- Im finding that there's a lot of conflicting information between them here and there. An example I can think of is Simple Nursing stating you'll see hypernatremia with CKD, but Kaplan saying you'll see hyponatremia.
