WebbYou can disable stealth hood templates, which are the things that create the annoying families in your game. Here is a tutorial. Better than downloading empty templates, because you won't get any junk data in your 'hoods and you can re-enable the templates at any time to get the families back if you'd like.

WebbBear in mind that you need the empty template for every pack you have. If you have the UC, you need all of those templates. If you ever want the sim bin families again, make sure you keep a copy of the folders instead of deleting them (or delete them and get a copy of the clean versions, the hoods that ship with the game are pre corrupted).
